Would they let a guy with 58 boxes of shoes onto your local city transit?
In Calgary where I am, the answer is probably a resounding NO. Unless it was the weekend and the bus was really empty. People here are impatient and are always in a hurry. They wouldn't wait a few minutes to let this guy on.

It only took him 2 seconds. Those guys are well trained and quick. If they weren't they'd never manage to get on because the drivers would shut the doors. I've sen shoes get caught in the shutting doors because the driver didn't want them to get on.
Trust me, Canadians are FAR more patient than Chinese!
I can say for a fact that this guy would have been kicked off any bus in Rhode Island for trying to haul all that shit on the bus. I would also imagine that a comment along the lines of "get a CAR, motherfucker" would be forthcoming.

In Toronto they would throw you off the bus and keep your shoes!
