Watch this documentary by Lim Mayling called Women Who Love Women: Conversations in Singapore. It uses interview footage with three Singaporean lesbians, Amanda Lee, Sabrina Renee Chong and Gea Swee Jean to get a rare glimpse into lesbian lives in Singapore. Very well done documentary. Alot of differing opinions. Overall there is more tolerance. I think you need to know a gay/lesbian person as a friend to really accept the lifestyle. Or else it's difficult to understand.
