I can only read the red parts. There are six parts to this thing and "around 4 times as much", "around 2-3 times as much", and "300c.c." isn't enough help!
I'm such a struggler. Outsmarted by Japanese instant noodles! :(

1. Bring 1 L of water to a boil. Add noodles. Mix so they don't stick. Bring to boil again. Reduce heat and cook for 4 minutes.
(cont...) Then strain noodles and rinse with cold water. That's it...the rest talks about the 2 ways to eat the noodles (soba??) Cold or hot so it tells you how to prepare the noodles for the different dishes. You'll need to make or buy a soup for the noodles though to make the dish complete...enjoy.
All of us who are Asian that live outside of Asia lose a bit of ourselves day by day. We try and try to hold on to our culture but bit by bit through events that we can or cannot control we adapt to a new way of life and become a degenerate Asian.
If you have any suggestions about the site or want to send an article or link to a blog please email to: degenerasian@gmail.com
Please send me Asian Ripoffs! I'm always looking for a great/awful Asian Covers :)
