Those of you who have taught English in Japan or intend to will find this series very funny. This is the first episode, I look forward to new episodes in the future.
Yeah, that's kind of what it's like to teach, or even speak, English in Japan. Nearly everyone there has spent their entire academic lives studying English, but strangely, hardly anyone can actually speak English or use it correctly. They're very good at peppering advertisements with seemingly random English words, however, an art form that ranks alongside ikebana and raku as brilliant expressions of the native Japanese aesthetic.
All of us who are Asian that live outside of Asia lose a bit of ourselves day by day. We try and try to hold on to our culture but bit by bit through events that we can or cannot control we adapt to a new way of life and become a degenerate Asian.
If you have any suggestions about the site or want to send an article or link to a blog please email to: degenerasian@gmail.com
Please send me Asian Ripoffs! I'm always looking for a great/awful Asian Covers :)

It's like the office meet the teachers in Japan. Cool but I wasn't too excited about it.
You know it's not their initial reason for going to Japan.....
... like people go to Thailand for the food.
